Meet SAM’s Newest Hire and Reporting Ninja, Jason Cliett
Customer success is the cornerstone of our company’s culture. As corporate matchmakers, we know the importance of finding the right match and are thrilled to announce the addition of our new business analyst, Jason Cliett. From the start, Lauren and I committed to prioritizing exceptional customer service. As we expand, we have become aware that our infrastructure also needed to expand to keep up with the same level of service that our customers grew to expect from us.
We started by documenting our customer’s unique requirements and then searched for software to address them. We quickly discovered that we would have to build something from scratch. Upon kicking off the development of DebtSale360 software, we also searched for a business analyst who not only knew the software but also had a deep understanding of our industry. Someone who could guide us in developing functionality to match our customer’s workflow and reporting needs. We pored over dozens of candidates until we found the perfect match.
Jason comes to us with a wealth of experience in the financial industry. As a business analyst, he designed intuitive software. He learned how successful his blueprints were by training the end users and has an innate understanding of what works and what doesn’t. His finance degree boosts his authority with our customers. He understands the lingo and the challenges our customers face. He can address their problems by identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise. To top it off, he loves data almost as much as customers—he’s a reporting ninja.
